Overview:
Scrub Squad Cleaning Company is a family-owned business dedicated to providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. Known for their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, they strive to create clean and welcoming spaces for their clients. Scrub Squads goal was to design a website to enhance their online visibility and streamline customer inquiries. Their goal was to elevate their business presence, improve customer engagement, and ultimately drive growth in a competitive market.
Problem:
Without a dedicated website, Scrub Squads visibility was lacking. Potential customers struggled to find information about their services, relying mostly on word of mouth and social media, which made competing with established businesses difficult.
To tackle this challenge, Scrub Squad aimed to create a user-friendly website that would boost visibility, simplify inquiries, and foster business growth. This case study outlines the steps taken to build their online presence and the resulting impact on the business and customer engagement.
Design Process:
The design process for Scrub Squad involved a collaborative approach, starting with in-depth discussions to understand their brand values and service offerings. We conducted user research and competitor analysis to inform the design, creating wireframes that emphasized user-friendly navigation and showcased their cleaning services effectively. After refining the designs based on feedback, we developed a visually appealing website that aligned with their mission and enhanced customer engagement.

Through careful research and planning, I designed a website that effectively addressed the challenges, providing a seamless experience that aligned with Scrub Squad's mission to promote reliable cleanliness. For the high-fidelity wireframes, I made the following changes to the landing page and the about page:
For the landing page, the layout has been organized to enhance clarity and coherence. The repetitive sections have been eliminated to ensure a more streamlined presentation of information.
